Australia's leading Railway Signalling and Control Specialists, Westinghouse Rail Systems Australia has an immediate vacancy for a Project Accountant in our Melbourne office.
This position provides financial support to our busy Project Management team, while also servicing the needs of the financial department. In particular, you will be responsible for the preparation, control and analysis of contract reports for various projects.
As a tertiary qualified accountant, with exposure to project based accounting you will easily handle the general contract accounting and monthly reporting requirements. Your business analysis and computing skills, particularly in Excel, will enable you to prepare all necessary data.
As this position will support other regional offices, your excellent communication skills will be essential to liaise both with the Finance team in our Melbourne Head Office, all company staff and some external parties.
